There is so much more to Amsterdam than one might think. The food scene, the scenery, the architecture, the people - and so much more! It’s a city bursting with character and deserving of visit. A short flight from the UK it’s ideal for a weekend break.
Cinque Terre is a place I have wanted to visit for years. Situated on the stunning Italian coastline with an array of colourful houses and Italian culinary at it finest, what’s not to love! It consists of five villages - Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Cornelia, Manarola and Riomaggiore. Cinque Terre boasts an abundance of fantastic restaurants, onlooking the glistening water, located perfectly to sit and enjoy the remarkable sunsets. A place where doing nothing but looking out to sea is totally acceptable.
Upon arrival to Desenzano Del Garda, we caught our first glimpse of the lake and were immediately wowed. After looking at all the pictures online, I was finally seeing it for myself! Crystal clear waters, dotted with white boats and in the distance the outline of the mountains.
